Our Banking and Financial Institutions Group provides prompt and competent service in negotiating and documenting loan transactions, including the preparation of all necessary loan documents, such as building loan, security, inter-creditor, subordination, and stock pledge agreements, mortgages, financing statements, and opinion letters. We can also advise loan officers in performance of legal due diligence concerning borrowers and collateral.
When we assist in commercial loan transactions, the DARS legal team works to ensure that the transaction closes as promptly and economically as possible, utilizing either our affiliate title company or one selected by one or more of the parties to the transaction.
