Karen H. Moore

Karen H. Moore practices primarily in the DARS Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights practice group and brings over 25 years of bankruptcy and reorganization experience to the firm.

Previously, in both the private and public sectors, her practice focused on the representation of corporate debtors in complex Chapter 11 proceedings. In the past, she represented creditors’ committees, unsecured creditors and individuals in reorganization proceedings, and assisted Chapter 7 trustees with the administration of large asset cases.
