Steven J. Lewicky

Steven J. Lewicky brings over 20 years of commercial litigation and transactional experience to our firm. As an AV®-rated attorney, his practice areas include business transactions, commercial litigation, and strategic advice to early stage and growing companies.

Before joining the firm, Steve served for over eight years as general counsel to several venture-backed start-up companies in Northern California, and also worked for Intel Corporation. Previously, during ten years in private practice in Maryland, Steve maintained an active litigation practice before courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Early in his career, Steve served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John McAuliffe on the Maryland Court of Appeals.

Steve is admitted to the Maryland State and Federal Courts, as well as the courts in the District of Columbia. He is a member of the Litigation, Business, Employment, and Intellectual Property Sections of the Maryland State Bar Association, serves on the Board of Directors of the Howard County Autism Society and is a member of the Legislative Committee of the ARC of Howard County.
