As Firm Administrator, Hightower manages the day-to-day operations of the Firm and is assisting in the implementation of the DARS Strategic Plan. Eric has been a legal administrator for the past 14 years. He is an active member of both the local and national chapters of the Association of Legal Administrators and has completed the certification process to become a Certified Legal Manager. In addition, Eric is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®). He was awarded the distinction of an “Unsung Legal Hero” by the Maryland Daily Record in 2008.

With over 25 years of administrative experience with such companies as Ryland Mortgage Company, Boise Cascade, AlliedSignal and the Rouse Company, Linda is a detail-oriented and an intelligent and accommodating presence to our clients and our entire staff. In addition to gardening and reading, Linda enjoys spending time with her husband, grown children and grandchildren.

Bobbi is an invaluable employee to the firm and to the Community Association Group. Previously, she was Legal Assistant to Susan R. Rapaport, and was promoted to Paralegal in 2004. She attended Florida State University and has been an international purchasing agent and production manager for two major retail manufacturing companies. Bobbi is also a small business owner.

Teresa is an efficient and organized assistant to the Community Association group. She graduated from Anne Arundel Community College with a concentration in paralegal studies. Teresa, her husband and their daughters currently reside in Odenton, Maryland.

Dottie has been Mike Davis' "right-hand” person for over 25 years, assisting him in all aspects of Probate & Trusts and Estate Planning. Our clients find her caring, efficient and supportive. She has an A.A. degree from Montgomery College. Dottie enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband, two grown children and her granddaughter.

Megan's organization and efficiency make her an invaluable member of the DARS team. Prior to moving to Maryland, she was a resident and student in New Hampshire. She has a degree in Political Science and a minor in History from the University of Rhode Island. Megan and her husband currently reside in Severn, Maryland.

Kristina has a strong work ethic and a contagious passion for her work. She graduated with Honors with a B.S. in Paralegal Studies from Villa Julie College in May 2000. Before Kristina worked in the DARS Business Group, she was the glue that held the Community Association Group together. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and newborn son.

Deborah's is the friendly voice you hear when calling the DARS office. Her strong administrative skills help keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. Deborah graduated with a degree in Political Science from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland. She currently resides in Baltimore, Maryland.

Heidi serves as our media relations liaison, managing the production of publications and e-newsletters, the website, and social media efforts. She works with the firm’s community and non-profit partners as part of our ongoing philanthropic outreach and initiates our marketing and business development efforts. Heidi and her family reside in Howard County, MD.
