Susan R. Rapaport

Recognized as a highly experienced community association attorney, Susan R. Rapaport heads the DARS Community Association Group, representing condominiums, homeowners associations, and housing cooperatives throughout the Baltimore-Washington corridor. In addition, Susan represents emerging and established businesses, providing them with a wide range of legal services.

An accomplished writer, she is a frequent contributor to community association-related publications, as well as The Business Monthly, a newspaper serving the Howard County and the Baltimore-Washington corridor. Susan's articles and seminars address covenant enforcement, legislation affecting community associations, business formation, and assessment collections.

Susan currently serves as the Secretary and is the former Co-Chair of the Maryland Legislative Action Committee of the Community Associations Institute. She is the Past Chair of the Equal Business Opportunity Committee Awards Program, the former President of the Business Women's Network of Howard County, and the former Secretary of the Howard County Arts Council. She is a graduate of Leadership Howard County, Class of 2002, and a member of the Washington D.C. and Chesapeake Chapters of the Community Associations Institute.
