Charles A. "Chuck" Borek

Chuck Borek

Chuck Borek serves as Of Counsel at Davis Agnor Rapaport & Skalny and has been representing tax clients in Maryland and throughout the United States for over twenty years. His practice area includes all state and federal tax issues, including representation of taxpayers before the IRS and in the U.S. Tax Court. Chuck has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1989 and has served as an Associate Professor of Accounting and Business Law at Prince George’s Community College, as well as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Baltimore. He currently holds an appointment on the adjunct faculty of the American University, Washington College of Law.

Prior to his association with Davis Agnor Rapaport & Skalny, Chuck practiced tax and business law, and served as the tax partner in a Bethesda-based CPA firm for five years.  While attending the University of Baltimore School of Law, he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review.
