Eric L. Hightower, CLM, SPHR, Director of Administration
Eric manages the key areas of the Firm's operations and shares the responsibility for the implementation of the Strategic Plan and practice management. He is an active member of both the local and national chapters of the Association of Legal Administrators. He has served as a Regional Officer for the National Association of Legal Administrators and previously served on the Professional Development Advisory Committee (PDAC). He currently serves as a Chairperson of the Standards Review Committee. He is a past president and is currently serving as the Co-Chair of the Business Partner Relations Committee on the Board of Directors for the Maryland Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators. Eric has a B.S. in Business Administration from University of Maryland University College. He also holds certifications as a Certified Legal Manager (CLM) as well as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and (SHRM-SCP). Eric was awarded the distinction of an “Unsung Legal Hero” by the Maryland Daily Record and is a frequent speaker on the topic of best practices in legal management. Eric was also recognized by the National Association of Legal Administrators with the Volunteer of the Year Award. In his spare time Eric enjoys spending time with his two daughters and grandchild, as well as teaching as a licensed Zumba instructor.
Kelly K. Spore, Director of Marketing & Business Relations
Kelly handles the firm’s marketing and business relations within the community. She directs media relations, production of publications and e-newsletters, website, and social media efforts. Kelly also works with the firm’s community and non-profit partners as part of its ongoing philanthropic outreach and initiates, and its marketing and business development efforts. Kelly utilizes her energy and passion to enrich and build relationships both inside and outside of the firm. In her spare time Kelly enjoys training for half-marathons and volunteering at her local yoga studio. She lives with her husband and two sons in Frederick County, MD.
Kristina A. Paulsen, Senior Paralegal
Kristina is a Senior Paralegal, and a member of the Business & Transactional Practice Group. She also works collaboratively with the Banking & Financial and Real Estate Practice Groups, often assisting with real estate closings through the firm's affiliate title company, Crossroads Title Group, LLC. Kristina graduated with Honors with a B.S. in Paralegal Studies from Villa Julie College. In her spare time, Kristina enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
Megan R. Goodsell, Paralegal
Megan began her tenure at Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny as the Receptionist and was promoted to Paralegal. Megan's organization and efficiency make her an invaluable member of the team. She has a degree in Political Science and a minor in History from the University of Rhode Island. Megan lives in Severn, Maryland, with her husband and daughters.
Teresa M. Martin, Paralegal
Teresa began her tenure at Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny as a Legal Assistant and was promoted to Paralegal. She works with Susan Rapaport and the Community Association Group. She graduated from Anne Arundel Community College with a concentration in Paralegal Studies. Teresa, her husband, and their daughters reside in Odenton, Maryland.
Deborah M. Miller, PARALEGAL
Deborah works as a Paralegal for the Estate Planning group. She graduated with a degree in Political Science from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland. She currently resides in Marriottsville, Maryland.
Katie E. rigsby, paralegal
Katie works as a Paralegal with the Business & Transactional, Banking & Financial, and Real Estate Practice Groups. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education from Towson University. She taught for five years in Montgomery County and Frederick County before earning a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Montgomery College. Katie resides in Frederick, Maryland with her daughter and enjoys spending time with her family, attending Washington Nationals baseball games, and tailgating University of Maryland football games.
Bonita L. Stiles, paralegal
Bonita works as a Paralegal for our Estate Planning and Estate, Probate & Trust Administration Practice Groups. With more than 28 years of experience in the legal field, she is a member of the Maryland Association of Paralegals and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations. She attended Potomac State College of West Virginia University. Bonita resides in Frederick, Maryland, with her husband and spends her spare time enjoying her granddaughter and riding motorcycles.
Alison C. Tan, Paralegal & Collections manager
Alison works as a Paralegal for the Community Association Group. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Ohio Northern University and her Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Alison resides with her family in Parkville, Maryland.
Kelly a. Wilson, paralegal
Kelly works as a Paralegal for our Family Law Group and has worked as a Family Law Paralegal since 2003. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from Villa Julie College (now Stevenson University) in Legal Studies.
Stephen C. angermaier, information technology & records MANAGement clerk
Stephen is the Information Technology and Records Management Clerk for the firm. He helps to provide leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure information technology environment throughout the Firm. His responsibilities range from strategic technology and case management development to information technology protocols, administrative support for information governance and records management, IT infrastructure maintenance and training as well as providing support for client services.
Jennifer l. huth, Receptionist/administrative assistant
Jennifer is the friendly voice you hear when calling the offices of Davis Agnor Rapaport & Skalny. For over ten years, Jennifer has worked as a legal assistant and a paralegal. She has completed an A.A. in General Studies Criminal Justice, and completed her Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Montgomery College. Jennifer resides in Montgomery County with her husband, and in her spare time enjoys riding her horse and motorcycle.
Marge c. Meehan, rn, legal nurse
Marge works with our litigation group and continues to liaison with the clinical entities and health care professionals who form the foundation of the complex legal defense strategies employed for our clients named in medical malpractice and negligence cases. Marge has been a registered nurse since 1976, and returned for a master’s degree in business from University of Maryland University College. A native Marylander, Marge and her husband love their home on the Middle Patuxent River in Clarksville.
