Family Law Litigation Attorney
Davis, Agnor, Rapaport, & Skalny, LLC is a prominent AV-rated law firm based in Howard County, Maryland, and is looking for an experienced attorney for its Family Law Practice Group. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to expand their practice, with immediate first-chair responsibility and involvement in all aspects of a busy family law practice.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned practitioner who possesses the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of five years of family law experience, with familiarity negotiating and litigating in the areas of separation and divorce, alimony, property division, child custody and support, and post-judgment matters.
- Ability to handle complex family matters on behalf of clients through trial in various jurisdictions throughout Maryland.
- Must be a member of the Maryland Bar (Virginia, D.C., and other Mid-Atlantic states a plus).
