When we represent you in a real estate transaction, we start with the negotiation of a letter of intent or term sheet that states your objectives and the proposed terms of the transaction.  We prepare and negotiate the agreement of sale, assist with the due diligence process, and work with our tax attorneys to minimize the tax impact of the transaction. We even work closely with your banks or private lenders to negotiate favorable lending terms.

Through our affiliated title and real estate Settlement Company, Crossroads Title Group, LLC, we can close real estate transactions and issue title insurance policies.
