About Jim

Jim brings decades of healthcare and financial leadership skills to his role as Director of Operations.  Before joining the firm he was a longtime employee of Howard County General Hospital where he worked as Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer as well as the Senior Director of Project Planning and Business Development.  Jim utilizes his past experience to assist firm leadership in developing and deploying strategies that will drive the firm towards its growth objectives while implementing processes and standards to raise the bar on operational performance.

Jim lives in Howard County with his wife and three daughters. In his free time he enjoys running, biking, cooking and enjoying all the amenities that the county has to offer.
