Sam graduated from the University of Maryland in 2011 and earned her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2015. With over a decade of experience in trust and estate planning, estate administration, Medicaid asset protection planning, elder law and business succession planning, she brings deep knowledge and practical insight to the firm’s clients.

A recent transplant from New York’s Hudson Valley, Sam now lives in Catonsville with her husband, Jeff, and their two dogs – a black lab named Finn and a golden retriever named Winston.
