We represent developers and investors in the preparation and negotiation of acquisition contracts for undeveloped land, shopping centers, office buildings, apartment complexes, and “rehab” projects. At Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny, LLC, our attorneys possess the legal talent and people skills to represent developers and land owners in an array of matters.

DARS represents both landlords and tenants in the preparation, negotiation, and review of leases for commercial office space, shopping centers, and residential real estate. Very often, we assist both borrowers and lenders (see Banking & Financial Institutions) in all aspects of settling and closing commercial and residential real estate transactions. Finally, our real estate attorneys are seasoned in the preparation, negotiation, and review of custom home construction contracts, contractor agreements, and architectural agreements.

Our legal team also regularly provides representation to clients in title insurance claims and survey matters, boundary line disputes, mechanic's lien claims, applications for variances, conditional use/special exceptions, as well as in the formation and governance of homeowners associations, and the declaration of condominium regimes.

This gives us the ability to carefully consider all issues which the real estate client faces, including matters pertaining to tax, banking and finance, exchanges, workouts of defaulted loans, foreclosures, bankruptcy, and the formation of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and other business entities for the acquisition and ownership of real estate.
