Prior to joining the firm, Alina worked as an estate planning and administration attorney, as well as a tax controversy attorney, in Rockville, Maryland. Alina is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar, and the Howard County Estate Planning Council.
Alina received her LL.M. and J.D. degrees from the University of Baltimore School of Law, her M.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park, and her M.A. and B.A. degrees from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Romania. She is admitted to the Bar in Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
