DAVIS, AGNOR, RAPAPORT & SKALNY ANNOUNCE THE ADDITION OF TWO NEW ATTORNEYS WITH THE FIRMS CONTINUED GROWTH
Columbia, MD – Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny, LLC, one of the region’s leading law firms, today announced the addition of two new attorneys to their growing law firm. Matthew Speake has joined the firm as an attorney working primarily in its Business and Transactional practice group. Hannah Ellis joins the firm’s busy Estate Planning and Elder Law practice group.
Matt will serve as general counsel to business clients and will also be an integral part of the firm’s quickly growing M&A practice, where he will focus on assisting business owners with succession planning and exit strategies, and representing them throughout the acquisition or sale transaction. Prior to joining Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny, Matt worked in Howard County as an associate for a law firm that specialized in multi-disciplinary due diligence on alternative investment vehicles.
Hannah’s practice will focus primarily on the complexities involved in estate planning and administration. Hannah joins the firm as a recent graduate of University of Baltimore School of Law. She has a passion for estate planning and subsequent taxation that drive her to continue to learn and advance in her practice area.
