Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny, LLC is proud to announce that Michelle E. Milter has joined the firm as an attorney in the Commercial Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice Groups. Michelle began her career with the firm as a summer associate, later returning as a law clerk before accepting an attorney position. Her practice focuses primarily on commercial, construction, and business litigation, in addition to labor and employment matters.

Michelle earned her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she served as a student attorney in the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic and as an Articles Editor for the Journal of Business and Technology Law. She previously served as a judicial intern for Judge Jeffrey M. Geller of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City and Judge Douglas R. M. Nazarian of the Appellate Court of Maryland. Michelle is admitted to practice in Maryland and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
