Lisa joins the firm as an experienced leader in business, law, and organizational leadership, providing a strong foundation for her dual role as Chief Operating Officer and practicing attorney. Throughout her career, Lisa has been instrumental in driving both organic and acquisitive business growth, successfully leading hundreds of complex transactions across diverse industries and highly regulated environments. She has also spearheaded organizational transformations that delivered cost savings, accelerated growth, and enhanced company value.

Lisa’s unique blend of in-house and private practice experience allows her to offer invaluable insights to clients at every stage of the business lifecycle, whether they’re building, expanding, mitigating risk, or planning their next steps.

Her practice spans a wide range of areas, including business formation, structure, and governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, real estate transactions, complex and executive contracts, and business growth strategies.

In addition to her broad corporate and transactional practice, Lisa leverages her extensive experience advising clients in the automotive industry, adding to the many sectors the firm serves. Drawing on her background as general counsel to one of the nation’s leading automotive groups, she offers specialized, industry-focused insight that helps clients minimize operational, financial, and legal risk.

Lisa also serves as the firm’s Chief Operations Officer, helping to strengthen the firm’s operational capabilities. In this role, she draws on her extensive organizational leadership experience to provide strategic leadership that supports the firm’s continued growth and expansion, both in legal expertise and across regions served.
