Mohammad S. Rahman, a Registered US Patent Attorney, through his law firm Rahman, LLC, serves as Special Counsel at Davis Agnor Rapaport & Skalny and represents clients in the area of intellectual property. He is technology focused and advises clients on intellectual property matters including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and technology licensing. He concentrates on domestic and foreign patent application preparation and prosecution in the electrical, mechanical, telecommunications, material science, computer, and software related arts as well as trademark prosecution and litigation matters. Mohammad represents domestic and international clients of all sizes and scope from individuals to start-ups, to universities, to mid-size and large companies, including Fortune 100 companies and several U.S. government entities in both domestic and international intellectual property matters. He has numerous published writings and has been invited as a guest speaker at domestic and international IP conferences.

Prior to entering the legal field, Mohammad worked in the engineering division at an aerospace company in Columbia, MD where he designed, performed, and analyzed experiments conducted on various engineering materials and chemicals used in the production of aerospace and aeronautical devices. Moreover, he developed and improved manufacturing techniques for the in-house production of electro-mechanical devices.
