In this dual role, Lisa will oversee the firm’s operational strategy while continuing to maintain an active legal practice focused on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters.
Lisa’s practice focuses primarily on business formation, structure, and governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, real estate transactions, complex and executive contracts, and business growth strategies.
In addition to her broad corporate and transactional practice, Lisa leverages her extensive experience advising clients in the automotive industry, adding to the many sectors the firm serves. Drawing on her background as general counsel to one of the nation’s leading automotive groups, she offers specialized, industry-focused insight that helps clients minimize operational, financial, and legal risk.

Throughout her career, Lisa has been instrumental in driving both organic and acquisitive business growth, successfully leading hundreds of complex transactions across diverse industries and highly regulated environments. She has also spearheaded organizational transformations that delivered cost savings, accelerated growth, and enhanced company value.

Lisa’s education combines business, law, and organizational leadership, providing a strong foundation for her dual role as Chief Operating Officer and practicing attorney. She received her B.S.B.A. in Accounting from American University, M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business, and J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, magna cum laude. She also holds an M.A. in Higher Education Administration from Columbia University, reflecting her expertise in organizational strategy and leadership.
